Where are the lamps made?

Our collections are made in USA, our atelier is located in NC.

What are the lamps made of?

Our products are crafted from reclaimed stone and minerals bound together with a resin binder. Subsequently, the lamp is coated with a natural plaster paint. Every lamp is hand finished and may exhibit slight variations in form and colour density.

Can I purchase finish samples?

You have the option to receive one complimentary sample, or you can choose to acquire a complete sample kit containing all five of our standard finishes for a purchase.

What type of bulbs are needed for the Lamps?

We recommend, T4 LED Bulb - 120V AC - E12 Base - 2700 K

How can I properly maintain the lamp?

Although these finishes are sealed and water resistant, we also recommend handling with gloves to avoid
marks. If dirty, carefully clean with warm water and microfiber cloth. If mark persists, use a small dab of
Brasso on a cloth and rub carefully. Use a compressed air duster or a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust.

Do you keep anything in stock?

We have a small stock program at our warehouse located in NC. Please contact us directly for a detailed inventory list.

Do you have 3D files of the lamps?

We can provide 3D files in CAD, Revit, and SKP formats, as well as tear sheets for each product.

What is the lead time?

Once payment is received and if the order is not in stock, the estimated lead time is 4-6 weeks.

Do you ship outside the US?

At the moment, our shipping is limited to the USA. Kindly reach out to us via email at We will inform you about the possibility of accommodating your request. For international shipments, any potential import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your shipping method?

Most of our orders are sent using UPS Ground and do not necessitate a signature upon receipt. Tracking information will be furnished once the order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?

Every sale is considered conclusive, encompassing custom and sample pieces among others. Once payment is made and/or production is initiated, modifications or cancellations to your order are not feasible. In cases of transit-related damage or defective components, please retain all original packaging and promptly document the impairment upon delivery. It is necessary to report the damage, supported by photographs, within 24 hours of receiving the item. Frero will assess whether the item qualifies for repair or replacement. If neither option is viable, the potential for a refund will be explored.

The lamps are crafted in the United States using UL components; however, they are not initially UL listed. If you wish to have them UL listed, please reach out to us, and we can explore the possibility together.
